i.

The affiliate shall not place affiliate banner links on web pages that are deemed by the WM Affiliate Network to promote hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on ethnicity, religious belief, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or socio-economic position. This also applies to any web site whose content, whether directly or indirectly, violates the local, national or international rights of any individual irrespective of age.

ii.

The affiliate shall not place affiliate banner links on web pages that are deemed by the WM Affiliate Network to involve or promote cruelty to animals or destruction of the environment.

iii.

The affiliate shall not place affiliate banner links on web pages that are deemed by the WM Affiliate Network to involve the selling or promotion of illegal products or services.

iv.

The affiliate shall maintain at least one active affiliate link on their web site, the details of which can be edited through their affiliate account.

v.

The affiliate shall maintain an active PayPal account, into which affiliate monthly earnings will be deposited. Payments will not be made by the WM Affiliate Network through alternative means.

vi.

The affiliate shall provide the WM Affiliate Network at sign-up and at all times during the term of the affiliation a non-free contact e-mail address, and not a free e-mail address such as those issued by Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, Fastmail, etc. All correspondence and communication between the affiliate and the WM Affiliate Network will be conducted exclusively and without exception through this e-mail address. This stipulation has no bearing on the type of e-mail address used by the affiliate in relation to operation of a PayPal account.

vii.

The affiliate shall provide and maintain truthful contact information with the WM Affiliate Network and PayPal at all times.

viii.

The affiliate shall place affiliate banners and HTML link code on their web page(s) as provided and without any modifications. As such, the banners must be linked directly to our advertised product's web site and not to another web site. Banners and links must not be located or embedded in any 3rd-party banner monitoring/management facility.

ix.

The affiliate shall not modify, alter, re-size or change in any way banners provided by the WM Affiliate Network for use as affiliate links.

x.

The affiliate shall not engage either directly or indirectly in any duplicitous, dishonest or illegal activities, including the deliberate orchestration of charge-backs, in relation to any WM Affiliate Network banner links or sales that originate from such links. A charge-back will result in a commensurate reduction of the standing balance in the affiliate's account, being equivalent to the commission associated with the sale that is subject to the charge-back. A refund given to a consumer of a sale generated by an affiliate will also be treated in a similar manner. To safeguard affiliate earnings against charge-backs or refunds, a 60-day holding period shall apply to affiliate commissions before being transferred to the affiliate on the proceeding payment date.

xi.

The WM Affiliate Network reserves the right to suspend an affiliate account at any time and engage the Anti-Fraud services provided by PayPal and local law enforcement authorities in cases where violations of Clause (x) are suspected.

xii.

The WM Affiliate Network reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time in cases where it deems any of the conditions outlined by Clauses (i) – (x) have been violated. In such cases, all pending and future payments to the former affiliate effectively cease. Furthermore, the former affiliate will be unable to acquire affiliate membership status at any time in the future.

xiii.

The WM Affiliate Network reserves the right to close an affiliate account at any time if it deems the performance or conduct of the affiliate does not meet the expectations or standards of the WM Affiliate Network. In such cases, all pending funds in the affiliate's account will be forwarded to the affiliate when payment is due on the 16th of the month.

xiv.

The WM Affiliate Network reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion. Should this occur, it is the responsibility of the WM Affiliate Network to contact all affiliates by e-mail and inform them of any changes to ensure continued affiliate and WM Affiliate Network compliance with any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
